Presented in conjunction with the CAMH exhibition How To Talk Dirty and Influence People, River Oaks is showing FEDERAL, a 24-hour film by Mary Ellen Carroll. Carroll’s 24-hour twin-screen movie was made by filming the north and south facades of the Federal Building in Los Angeles for an entire day in 2003, putting them under surveillance for a change.
